We start with vehicles, pallet flow and where the office actually needs to sit — not a generic 20×40 box. Loading doors, canopy, drainage and expansion bays are decided before we cut. Straightforward trading warehouses we take design-to-build. Complex plants still get proper drawings; we will tell you which one you have.
Design, fabrication and erection in one workshop
Splitting ‘designer’ and ‘fabricator’ is how door heights change after the slab is poured. Our Ajman shop works from the same layout the erection crew will use in Dubai Industrial City, Sharjah, Ajman or further. Mezzanines and office frames are part of the same programme when they should be.
Quoted with travel — UAE-wide
The workshop is in Ajman Industrial Area. We install across all seven emirates. Travel and access are in the quote so a friendly Ajman number does not grow an ‘Abu Dhabi supplement’ on the last invoice.
